Petra Kahn Nord is an experienced and versatile consultant with a strong background in strategic communication, PR, advocacy, and project management. With over two decades of experience, she has worked with a wide range of organizations and individual clients, helping them achieve their goals and navigate complex challenges.
Background and ExperiencePetra has held prominent roles in several organizations, developing a deep understanding of strategic communication and influence. Notably, she worked with the World Jewish Congress (WJC), where she established and led the Nordic office. In this role, she was responsible for strategic advocacy and political influence, including diplomacy, public relations, and advocacy efforts. She developed and implemented lobbying strategies targeting governments, politicians, and decision-makers in Sweden, the broader Nordic region, as well as at the EU and UN levels. Through strategic collaboration with politicians, media, and other influential actors, she has played a key role in advancing the organization’s agenda and shaping high-level policy decisions.
She has also been active within the Official Council of Swedish Jewish Communities, where she was responsible for communication and project management. Additionally, Petra has run her own consulting firm, Petra Kahn Nord AB, offering services in stress management,
coaching, and strategic advisory.
Petra holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), specializing in programming, systems theory, and usability. Additionally, she holds a bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Stockholm University. Her academic background combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of communication and strategic analysis.
